With over 15 years of international experience in top tier institutions Simone is a performance-driven executive in charge of enabling Microsoft customers to confidently move to the cloud and modernize their platforms, providing expert guidance to help navigate the complex cybersecurity landscape and increase the overall security posture.

In addition to his role as EMEA Chief Security Advisor at Microsoft, Simone is a contract professor at EMBA Ticinensis and SAA Business School, where he teaches cybersecurity, digital transformation and exponential technologies. He is also a co-founder, board member, chairperson, and advisor of several national and international associations, communities, and organizations dedicated to advancing the cybersecurity and data privacy agenda. Simone has been recognized as one of the Global CISO 100 for 2021 by HotTopics.ht. He has also recently completed his Executive MBA at ESCP Business School, ranked #2 worldwide by Financial Times.
